In recent years, the park has improved its trail system and added wooden playground facilities, and has also launched a series of Chihpen fragrance products to extend the beautiful forest memories into daily life.
Open a window and start a wonderful forest journey. In 2024, the park launched a renovation project for its shop, introducing a new visual aesthetic with a 6-meter long observatory window, allowing travelers to overlook the entire forest from the shop. The park has also created the first "Mountain Forest Manufacturing" brand concept store in eastern Taiwan, "Mountain Forest Manufacturing" x "Tobbi Apartment Chihpen Hall", with a focus on natural conservation and sustainable development. The store aims to create a new model for forest recreation area shops, connecting people with the forest ecosystem and creating diverse service values.
The shop's interior space uses locally sourced materials for detailed decoration and offers a variety of products, including local cuisine from Taitung Mountain Village, specialty crafts, forest literature, Taitung plant essences, and outdoor living products. Upon entering the space, visitors feel as if they are walking into the Chihpen forest.
