Confucius Temple. Kun Shan Confucius Temple, built in the 26th year of the Qing Kangxi era (1687), located inside the Wai Jiang Book Hall. The Chuzi Temple in Jinmen was established in the 26th year of the Qing Kangxi era (1687). It was originally located within the Yujiang Academy. In the 35th year of the Qing Qianlong era (1770), Magistrate Cheng Yu advocated for the construction of a temple due to the narrowness of the academy, but the project was not completed before he left office. Later, local notable Huang Rushi purchased the academy and converted it into a temple, enshrining Confucius, the Star God, the God of Literature, the God of Prosperity, and local notable figures Xu Sheng, Lu Dake, Lin Xiyuan, Wang Lixing, Qiu Kui, Xu Xi, and others. In the 46th year of the Qing Qianlong era (1781), the original site of the academy was requisitioned for the county magistrate's office, and a new temple and Chuzi Temple were built on the site of the adjacent Yi Academy.
