The Huang residence is a five-section Minnan-style building with left and right wing-rooms, known as a six-route large residence. The front and back roofs are connected with a dragon and swallowtail ridge and a hard mountain horseback, the facade is decorated with intricate wood carvings, and the water carriage beam is adorned with colorful paintings and cutouts of good fortune, prosperity, flowers, and birds, all showcasing the wealth and glory of the hometown and the emotions of the ancestors.
