Han Shadow Bamboo Root Stele. Located on the Xiantai Mountain on the south side of Gugang Lake, it is one of the stone inscriptions handwritten by Ming Zhu Wang, the Prince of Lu, who stayed on Kinmen Island for over 10 years in order to resist the Qing and restore the Ming dynasty. The Regent of Lu Kingdom stayed on Kinmen Island for more than 10 years in order to revolt against the Qing and restore the Ming, and this inscription was carved between the 6th and 8th years of the Yongli era of the Ming (1652-1654), which reflects his feelings of frustration. It has been listed as a county-designated historic site. The Han Ying Yun Gen Stele seen today has two inscriptions, one on the front and one on the back. According to legend, the original stele was erected on a slope, but later collapsed, causing the inscription to be upside down. Later, people found a similar cliff stone and made a replica, resulting in the Han Ying Yun Gen Stele with inscriptions on both sides.
