The Oriental Silk Craft Museum is located in Yongan Village, Su'ao Township, Yilan County, and is Taiwan's only exhibition and experience venue dedicated to silk wrapping craftsmanship. The museum originated from Xiong Yi Enterprise, which began manufacturing export accessories in 1985. It gradually developed "Oriental Silk" artworks that blend Chinese paper-cutting, weaving, and embroidery techniques with Taiwan's silk wrapping methods. It specifically combines traditional elements such as totems, flora, and landscapes with Minnan Chun Zi Hua (spring flower crafts) and Hakka silk flowers, creating cultural and creative crafts with local Taiwanese characteristics.
