This ancient and simple three-section house is situated within Beimen Lane, and many descendants of the Wu Sha family still reside in the surrounding area, maintaining the complete appearance of the settlement. The existing former residence was built around 1921 (the tenth year of the Taisho era) and adopts the traditional layout of a five-bay main building with three bays on each of the left and right wing houses. The structure of the house combines adobe, stone walls, and red bricks. The mottled brick-red exterior walls appear particularly elegant under the dappled shade of trees, as if time has frozen in the rural years of a century ago, allowing visitors to experience the spatial sense of past life up close.
