Feifeng Mountain, with an elevation of 435.5 meters, is the highest peak of Jiujiong Mountain. It is named for its shape resembling a phoenix stretching its neck as if about to fold its wings and descend. The mountain is densely planted with white plum blossoms, azaleas, and flamboyant trees, with its scenery changing with the seasons. Within the mountain area are famous sites such as Yungu Temple, Daiquan Temple, Gan Ying Bridge, Xin Feng Pond, and Lotus Pond. Walking along the tree-shaded trails to visit them one by one, the gentle breeze blows, dispelling all summer heat. The flamboyant trees planted all over Feifeng Mountain bloom in red during the summer, and in winter, the plum blossoms are in full bloom, covering the mountain in white. "Feifeng Exploring Plum Blossoms" has been listed as one of the eight scenic spots of Zhubei County since ancient times. The back of the mountain has a trail built by the county government for hiking, outings, and panoramic views.
