Shaluoli Art Village is located within Baoshan Reservoir. Among them, Ripple Book House is a brick bungalow built during the Japanese colonial era, directly facing the lake, enjoying the natural beauty with its unique geographical advantage. Lush green trees are reflected on the lake, and the gentle breeze stirs ripples on the water, creating a dreamlike scene. The air here is filled with art. In addition to providing artists with residency and creative space, it also offers the public opportunities to engage with art. On a leisurely afternoon, stroll through the art village, admire the lake and scenery, and savor a cup of rich coffee, fully immersing yourself in the tranquility and humble beauty created by the fusion of art and scenery. Besides the water and art, Shaluoli Art Village also features seasonal rural landscapes that are always freshly presented. In early winter, olives ripen; in spring, cherry blossoms bloom; in May, when the tung flowers open, the mountains are covered in white snow; the yellow blossoms of Acacia confusa in July are particularly lovely; and in late autumn, sweet pomelos and star fruits ripen, marking the changing seasons.
