This historic building, blending ancient red bricks with wooden window frames, is a county-designated historic building. It was formerly the "Taiwan Red Tea Company" founded by the local Luo family in 1937. At that time, the Luo family's company was one of Taiwan's top ten trading companies, cooperating with over 19 tea factories internally and exporting high-quality black tea to Europe, America, and African countries externally, witnessing the peak period of Taiwan's tea exports. Upon entering the museum, the first thing that catches the eye are the red bricks and roof tiles made using the dry pressing method introduced by the Japanese, etched with the traces of history. Above, the wooden roof structure, wooden beams, pillars, and stairs, having weathered decades, still stand firm. The metal-plated walls outside the wooden warehouse, appearing old yet possessing the fashionable charm often seen in vintage clothing stores. These plates bear the names of 86 port cities from around the world. They were used in the past to imprint marks on export tea boxes, symbolizing the overseas export of Taiwanese black tea at the time, and serving as an alternative way to promote the influence of the Taiwan Red Tea Company back then.
