The entrance area is designed with a winding Minnan style, with corridors and courtyard landscaping complementing the exhibition hall's function, which can also be used as an outdoor exhibition area. The entire building structure uses shear wall design, so there are no columns visible inside, allowing for greater flexibility in exhibition space. The total floor area of the performance hall is 8,072 square meters. Its exterior reflects the expressiveness and openness of performing arts, with a curved facade and a sloped roof shaping traditional architectural imagery. The performance space is divided into three main parts: the performance hall, the lecture hall, and the experimental theater, as well as a large outdoor performance venue. Serving as an exhibition space for painting, photography, sculpture, and crafts, this art venue exudes a rich cultural atmosphere from its entrance. The entrance is graced by a pair of antique door gods donated by Sanyuan Temple in Hukou Township, and the "stone beads" and "stone steps" gifted by Taihe Temple in Guansi, precious centuries-old cultural relics that add a strong classical elegance. From the entrance to the art museum is a winding corridor and a pond garden reflecting the shadows of trees and the beauty of flowers, creating a poetic atmosphere of winding paths and pavilions. The art museum has seven exhibition rooms on the first floor and in the basement, each with a column-free design to avoid visual interference from columns and enhance viewing; the lighting design utilizes natural and artificial lighting.
