Depending on the season, visitors can participate in farming experiences such as rice planting and harvesting, getting their hands in the soil and learning about natural farming. You can also visit the duck coop to collect duck eggs and make salted duck eggs with red clay, enjoying a fun DIY time. After collecting duck eggs from the coop, return to the classroom, mix the red clay with salt, and gently coat the duck eggs. Then, roll them in rice bran to ensure the red clay adheres evenly. Finally, use banana leaves instead of plastic bags for packaging, embodying the "no burden" concept of environmental protection and sustainability. After letting them sit in a cool, dark place at home for about a month, wash off the red clay, steam them, and you can savor these delicious homemade salted duck eggs.
