The round-headed, square-mouthed Hakka lions on the walls are different from the commonly seen Cantonese lions; they originated from martial arts for defense and are known as "martial lions" that can perform kung fu. The streets are adorned with various nostalgic children's toys and public art installations, making every photo opportunity beautiful. Stepping into the street houses on both sides, one houses a local agricultural product exhibition and sales center, while the other is a traditional costume experience center where you can rent traditional formal wear to role-play as a Hakka bride or groom for a day. The Hakka Building at the innermost part enshrines Shennong (the God of Agriculture) and features a "Face-Changing Show" at fixed times, complete with impressive sound and light effects. The Hakka Building also houses a Memory Puzzle Museum, where artists create miniature models depicting rural life, including offerings to the pig god, sun-dried persimmons, the City God's procession, and traditional Chinese medicine shops.
