Zhubei Quanzhoucuo Fenyangtang — Quanzhoucuo is located in Lujang Village, Zhubei. It was originally a hunting ground for the Siraya people. Later, people from Quanzhou came to cultivate the land, and the Lin family from Raoping took over the cultivation of this area, gradually turning it into a Hakka village. In 2004, the Hsinchu County Government carried out urban renewal in the Lujang and Doulen areas, implementing land acquisition for the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology section. Due to the complete structure of Fenyangtang's traditional three-section house, it was preserved in the Zhubei urban plan and designated as park land. To preserve this building, the original owner actively advocated for its protection. After review by the Hsinchu County Cultural Heritage Review Committee, it was determined to have cultural heritage value, and Zhubei Fenyangtang was officially registered as a historical building in 2007.
