Its history dates back to 1933, when the residents of Dà'ài opened a memorial park to commemorate the pioneering achievements of Jiang Xiuluan, a settler of the Jinguangfu company, and named it "Xiuluan Mountain." It was officially renamed "Xiuluan Park" in 1976. Inside the park stands the "Centennial Monument of Founding," honoring Jiang Xiuluan's contribution to local development. Additionally, the park preserves three precious camphor trees, each over 150 years old, which have been designated as protected trees, bearing witness to the natural and cultural history of Beipu. Today, Xiuluan Park not only carries the memory of its pioneering history but also serves as a green space for local residents and travelers to relax, blending history, culture, and natural beauty, making it one of Beipu's must-visit attractions.
