Feifeng Ancient Trail connects Xinfeng's Qionglin and Guansi, and is part of the national greenway 'Camphor Road'. From the Qing Dynasty to the Japanese colonial era, the ancient trail was an important route for inland transportation and goods circulation. Agricultural products were transported through here to Daxi, Mengjia, and Tamsui, and even exported, forming a complete transportation network. With the opening of highways such as Provincial Highway 3, the ancient trail was gradually forgotten. In recent years, it has been maintained by private organizations, and some sections have been repaired with handmade trail construction methods, transforming it into a recreational trail for the public. The ancient trail is lush and green with a gentle path. It can be combined with Guansi Old Street or Luliaokeng for a one-day light trip to experience the charm of natural ecology and the culture of the inland Hakka villages.
