The lake is not large, with roads encircling it. You can follow the lakeside road to admire its exquisite beauty of lake and water scenery. The lakeside is lined with green trees, with scattered dwellings and two temples, Longhu Palace and Lingtian Zen Temple, established within. The beautiful water and spiritual temples create a serene landscape. The lake water flows out from the northwest corner into the Zhonggang River and then returns to the Taiwan Strait. Lakeside residents raise nearly five thousand ducks in the lake area, dotting the emerald green lake surface with a natural beauty of "ten thousand ducks playing in spring." Many fish are also raised in the lake. At sunset, ten thousand golden rays shine on the sparkling lake surface, with ducks, fishermen, bamboo rafts, evening breeze, and returning woodcutters, weaving a tranquil and harmonious beautiful scene. It is a good place to appreciate the rural landscape.
