In 1998, the tunnel was decommissioned due to the opening of the double-track mountain railway. To preserve this precious railway cultural asset, the county government renovated the tunnel and later installed colorful LED lights. Walking through the tunnel is not only refreshing but also offers a dazzling and fantastical light show that will leave you in awe!
