The academy is adjacent to Hemei Junior High School and Elementary School. The main hall enshrines the divine seat of Zhu Wen Gong and the statue of Kui Xing. The east wing houses the perpetual tablets of those who contributed to its various renovations, and the west wing accommodates the deity Fude Zhen Shen. There is a large section of the original, weathered wood used during its initial construction. The courtyard is spacious with dense greenery, and it is often frequented by people for recreation in the morning and evening.
