Fort Zeelandia Well — The "Fort Zeelandia Well" is located behind the former Zhongshan Hall of the Changhua Art Museum. It is over 300 years old and is the only remaining Dutch well in central Taiwan. During the Dutch occupation of Taiwan, many missionaries and soldiers came here to draw water for drinking, hence the locals called this well "Hongmao Well" or "Fanzai Well".
