Due to good management and suitable climate, farmers propagated many seedlings through extensive cuttings and grafting, promoting them to other farmers. Dacun thus developed its grape industry, becoming the hometown of grapes. Currently, only 2 of the original 6 grapevines are still alive. With the care of a new owner in the past 7 or 8 years, they are thriving again, bearing fruit year after year. The yield is three to four times that of ordinary grapes, and the taste is richer than that of regular grapes.
