The two steam locomotives are particularly highlights of the park: the TRA's CT278 locomotive and the Taisugar's 345 locomotive, manufactured in Belgium. The former was purchased by Taiwan Railways from Japan in 1953 with funds from US aid and is the last steam locomotive purchased by Taiwan.
