The park aims to promote Taiwanese Hokkien by actively organizing various free, irregular events and permanent exhibitions. Currently, Taiwanese opera or Taiwanese Hokkien films are regularly screened every Saturday afternoon at 2 PM, with the hope that people can learn to know and love their mother tongue in various forms. The park currently has six exhibition halls: the Cultural Hall, the Multi-functional Hall, the Arts and Culture Hall, the Parent-Child Hall, the Music Hall, and the Drama Hall.
