Founded in 1909, Wanchuang Soy Sauce adheres to traditional brewing methods and was the first to establish contract farming with farmers for black beans, fulfilling the vision of using only Taiwanese black beans. In 2008, the old factory area was renovated to establish Yunlin County's first tourist factory recognized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. In addition to guided tours, it also offers visitors hands-on fermented black bean experiences.
