Every coffee bean on the estate is hand-picked, de-pulped, fermented, and meticulously sorted by hand multiple times before roasting. Gu Quan insists on pesticide-free cultivation and has passed numerous SGS certifications. Through years of experience, Gu Quan continuously innovates while preserving its original flavor, carefully roasting every bean and thoughtfully brewing the authentic taste of Taiwan.
