The founding statue of Emperor Guan was originally housed in the residence of the Li family in the back village of Huwei. A new temple was built in 1956, named Shuntian Temple. The birthday of Guan Sheng Di Jun is celebrated on the 24th day of the sixth lunar month every year, with a procession for peace and blessings.
