In the early days, an amateur relied on courage, alone with a thermos full of coffee, to go to restaurants and convenience stores in various counties and cities to promote his products. His sole purpose was to make major distribution channels aware of his self-created brand. His highest record was visiting the same client sixty times! Finally, the client agreed to cooperate, becoming the most loyal regular customer today. In 1989, he officially established his own brand, "Pin Huang Coffee," and successfully secured a position in the coffee markets on both sides of the strait. Coffee has evolved from an early symbol of luxury to a common beverage today. As market demand gradually increases, selecting quality coffee and brewing a good cup of coffee become very important. Therefore, the "Pin Huang Coffee Museum" was established to impart more professional coffee knowledge and skills. Upon entering the museum, you will be greeted by the Golden Mandheling coffee bean avenue, accompanied by the aroma of coffee, leading you into the coffee knowledge area. Starting from the birth of a coffee tree, you will learn about coffee origins, coffee cultures from different countries, and the best pairings of coffee equipment and drinking methods. Then, at Taiwan's only rotating train tasting platform, you can sample daily selected beverages and enjoy a leisurely and relaxing time. On the second floor, stroll through the production process skywalk.
