The center's base area is 6.1 hectares, with an indoor building area of 9,000 ping. The space includes a concert hall, a small theater, large and small rehearsal rooms, an outdoor amphitheater, an art gallery, a multimedia classroom, a visitor service area, a lounge and restaurant, cultural shops, a waterscape stage, a multi-functional performance pavilion, and a parent-child pavilion. In addition to promoting performing arts, it also incorporates features for leisure and tourism. The main design integrates local culture with an international perspective, along with essential commercial needs. It is worth mentioning that visitors can be both audience members and performers within the park. The space and design emphasize strong accessibility, creating opportunities for spontaneous encounters between daily life, games, and art and culture. With a primary focus on Taiwanese indigenous architecture, the aim is to inspire a sense of cultural identity in visitors through their use of the space. Many large-scale cultural and artistic events are currently performed here.
