Meishan Township is located in the northeast corner of Chiayi County, bordering Alishan Township to the east, Dalin Town and Minxiong Township to the west, bordering Gukeng Township, Yunlin County across the Qingshui River to the north, and connecting to Zhuqi Township to the south. In early years, due to inconvenient transportation, the ancestors lived a self-sufficient life. To allow modern people to understand the evolutionary process of Meishan and evoke feelings of nostalgia and remembrance, the Farmers' Association has taken on the responsibility of historical inheritance and cultural preservation by planning the Rural Culture Hall. Located on the third floor of Building D of the Meishan Township Farmers' Association, the hall features: agricultural tool exhibition area, rural living supplies exhibition area, farming and the 24 Solar Terms diagrams and text, traditional bamboo old house, plum garden landscaping, bamboo grove landscaping, industrial culture exhibition area, tea plantation 3D landscaping model, antique tea ceremony classroom, artificial *Aiyu* (fig) forest, modern tea processing machinery exhibition, Meishan Township map, Meishan Township panorama, century-old plum tree, Meishan historical artifacts map, explanation of the origin of Meishan... etc. The Rural Culture Hall invites you to trace back to the source, recount the past, and relive the lives of our ancestors.
