Ms. Shi Xiuju, the person in charge, not only has in-depth research on traditional indigenous cultural heritage - glass beads, but has also further innovated and led local industrial development. Combining the natural landscape of Sandimen and the cultural characteristics of the Paiwan indigenous people, it aims to create a characteristic cultural complex restaurant with themes of humanities, arts, and tribal cuisine. It is currently the most representative leisure gourmet restaurant in Sandimen, and also the most significant representative of glass bead art inheritance. Ms. Shi is also a successful role model for women entrepreneurs. In order to revitalize the tribal economy, she has invested considerable effort and emotion to help her compatriots have a stable income.
