The hall is planned with a 'Cultural Relics Exhibition Area,' 'Audiovisual Room,' 'Lounge,' and 'Observation Deck.' There is also a tribal kitchen featuring a giant eagle sculpture, bringing together local artistic creations and industries to fully showcase the characteristics of Paiwan culture. In addition to the rich exhibitions, a giant elevated pottery jar and indigenous totems can be seen in the plaza on the left, while the lawn on the right serves as an observation deck. The indigenous-style building is nestled among green trees. Ascending to the second floor of the observation deck offers distant views of the mountains, forests, and streams.
