After passing through the Green Maple Tunnel, you can enter Anpo Village, which is located along the mountain road. According to local elders, their ancestors migrated here from Dashe Village on the opposite mountain more than a hundred years ago. During the Japanese colonial period, about 60 households gathered here. The Japanese police at the time named the village "Anbujia," and it was renamed Anpo Village after the retrocession of Taiwan. In the clear waters and beautiful scenery of the Anpo Village river valley, a large group of rocks have been eroded by the river over many years, forming various magnificent masterpieces. Local villagers call these masterpieces "Big Water Rush."
