Zhongliao Fishing Harbor — Zhongliao Fishing Harbor is located northwest of Green Island. Built in 1974, it originally had only basic facilities such as a simple pier and breakwater for the fishing rafts of Zhongliao Village to dock. Later, due to its susceptibility to sand drift, which made it difficult to maintain the depth of the channel and anchorage, funds were allocated in 1992 to add an inner dike and pier to facilitate boat docking.
