Bàobāo Creek Bicycle and Ecological Trail - Summer Water Play Paradise. Starting from Liyu Lake Scenic Area, passing through Chínán National Forest Recreation Area, and arriving at the Laó Creek and Bàobāo Creek area, follow the stream upstream to the Bàobāo Creek Ecological Classroom. This offers a delicate scenery, vastly different from the expansive Liyu Lake. Pavilions are set up along the way for resting and enjoying the scenery at any time. The babbling stream nourishes this secluded mountain area southwest of Liyu Mountain, where traces of various animals can be seen. The clear stream and abundant trees make Bàobāo Creek a great summer retreat for catching shrimp and playing in the water. Bàobāo Creek lacks overly artificial landscaping; it is a gift from nature. The fluttering butterflies, clear splashing stream channels, and rural landscapes along the way all lend Bàobāo Creek an elegant and tranquil charm. Total length: approximately 7 kilometers. Road conditions: continuous uphill, but the gradient is manageable. Road width: approximately 1.5m, one-way lane. Every summer, many visitors rent bicycles from the rental station by Liyu Pond and cycle along the bike path to Bàobāo Creek to enjoy the cool stream and pristine natural scenery. The Bàobāo Creek Bicycle Trail is located not far from Liyu Lake Scenic Area. It passes through Chínán National Forest Recreation Area and leads to the Laó Creek and Bàobāo Creek area. Following the stream upstream, you will eventually reach the Bàobāo Creek Ecological Classroom. The babbling stream nourishes this secluded mountain area, and the clear stream and tranquil forest space allow visitors to forget the hustle and bustle.
