This transforms the former port warehouse into a vibrant, colorful space. With nearly 40 years of history, this gallery is one of Hualien's most historic art venues. The entire recreation area is filled with a colorful artistic atmosphere. In front of the gallery stands a monolithic stone art piece, the "Lucky Bluebird Mailbox," a public artwork. This green mailbox, 3.6 meters high, 168 centimeters in diameter, and weighing 6 tons, is primarily integrated with local specialties, made from serpentine and Taiwan jade co-existing minerals. It is the world's only serpentine mailbox on the Pacific coast.
