The wide view allows for a panorama of the Pacific Ocean, the Coastal Mountain Range, the Central Mountain Range, and the scenery of Hualien Port. The northern exhibition area features an art installation by artist Chen Sheng-wen, who uses discarded materials collected from mountains and beaches, combined with embroidery and weaving techniques, to create a large whale artwork over 10 meters long. The irregularly held markets allow visitors to browse handmade stalls while enjoying marine art creations accompanied by the sound of waves, bringing the attraction to life with its marine characteristics. Sunrise Plaza is adorned with vibrant colors, making the small Southern European town even more vivid.
