The building adopts a T-shaped layout, with its exterior featuring pillars covered in brown thirteen-groove tiles and beige-colored terrazzo railings. The main building of the current Fortress Command serves as an art exhibition hall, the military supply warehouse is used as a performance space, and there is also the Guangfu Building, which offers dining services.
