The more than 500 Arhat stone carvings in front of the temple are magnificent and form a unique landscape in Taiwan. Every year, during the birthday celebration of Wu Xian Da Di, a procession is held, attracting devotees for worship.

Tianxian Temple is situated on the hilltop of Heping Island, facing Keelung Port and backed by mountains, offering a panoramic view of Keelung's beautiful mountain and sea scenery. The temple's main deity is the five brothers of Wu Xian Ling Guan Da Di. Wu Xian Da Di refers to the first great emperor Manjushri Bodhisattva, the second great emperor Long-Browed Venerable, the third great emperor Weituo Bodhisattva, the fourth great emperor Huaguang Tianwang, and the fifth great emperor Night Roaming God. Local residents affectionately call Wu Xian Ling Guan Da Di "Da Di Agong." In addition, more than 200 Five Hundred Arhats are lined up on both sides in front of the temple, each with a unique posture and extraordinary presence. Every year on the second day of the ninth lunar month, during the birthday celebration of Wu Xian Da Di, a lively procession is held.
