Hsinchu Railway Art Village. Originally warehouses 3-5 of the Hsinchu Station built by Taiwan Railways in the 30th year of the Republic of China (1941), registered as a historical building in 2015. With a strong Japanese style, it transformed from idle space. With a strong Japanese style, it transformed from idle space and abandoned corners, combining the memories of old warehouses to create a contemporary art and cultural space with historical significance. The Hsinchu City Government established the "Railway Art Village" in 2001 and reopened it after renovation in 2004. For over a decade, it has nurtured more than a hundred outstanding resident artists. The venue is divided into areas such as the main exhibition hall, gift shop, train-watching platform, multi-functional classroom, resident artist studios, and a children's reading area.
