TFAM's core spirit lies in planning spaces and exhibits with trendy and lively thinking, dedicated to integrating art appreciation into people's daily lives. This unique building, designed by architect Kao Erh-pan, has a basement level and three above-ground floors. Each floor has a clear curatorial positioning: the basement floors primarily serve as a platform for nurturing emerging talent, used for exhibitions of young artists, group shows, and competitions, and also include a library and dining services; the first floor features an entrance hall, exhibition walls up to six meters high, and a spacious atrium with a three-story height, serving as the main venue for important domestic and international large-scale exhibitions; the second floor is designated as the permanent exhibition area, showcasing rich collection works according to art historical context or specific themes; the third floor utilizes its bright natural light and double-cross intersecting spaces, primarily for thematic curated exhibitions. In addition to rich exhibitions, TFAM actively plays an educational and promotional role, holding seminars and weekend family activities irregularly, proactively creating opportunities for interaction between the museum and the public, and bridging the gap between art and life. In recent years, TFAM has also launched Saturday night opening services and specifically added tours of the museum building and outdoor sculptures.
