The entrance porch is prominent and arched. The front of the building features four sets of double circular classical columns and pediment decorations. The exterior uses a three-bay facade with double columns between window openings, dividing the window sashes into two large and one small section. The interior lobby is two stories high with a simplified design. The classical carvings on the columns and lobby ceiling are very delicate and elegant.
