Located at No. 175, Section 2, Neihu Road, Neihu District, Taipei City, adjacent to the National Taiwan College of Performing Arts, Bihu Park covers an area of over 13 hectares. The 'Dabei Lake' within the park spans about 8 hectares and was a source of water for agricultural irrigation in the past. Hidden in Neihu District, Bihu Park is not only the backyard for Neihu residents but also one of only two waterfront parks in Taipei City with a large lake. The park is nestled by mountains and water, boasting a lush green mountainous environment, with the lake in front, seamlessly integrating with the park's scenery. Its tranquil beauty often leaves a deep impression on visitors. Since its construction in 1987, facilities such as the beautification of the east side of the lake, the addition of Chinese-style pavilions, a zigzag bridge, and a lakeside trail have been completed. The lake shore is planted with landscape plants including Chinese fringe trees, willows, bald cypresses, paperbark tea trees, golden shower trees, flamboyant trees, hibiscus, azaleas, and dwarf ixoras. In spring and summer, colorful butterflies flutter, and the scenery of the lake and mountains is breathtaking. The park features a management center (commonly known as the 'Little White House'), with a reading room on the first floor available for public use, as well as a children's playground, a tennis court, and a swimming pool.
