The first floor features a topographical model of the Neigou Creek basin (1/500 scale) and displays samples of past industries in the Neigou area, along with local ecological pictures and specimens. With volunteer explanations, visitors can understand the surrounding environment of Neigou Creek, as well as its local human history and ecology. The second floor is a library and screening room with a focus on natural ecology, showing documentaries on the Neigou Creek restoration project, ecological films, and more, serving as an excellent resource for local education. Due to the rich variety of forest plant species, the creatures that depend on this vegetation are also diverse, with insects, fish, birds, and animals thriving, making it an outdoor classroom for natural ecology.
