Dihua Sports Park's Cross-Levee Scenic Platform covers an area of 2,796 square meters and can accommodate 3,000 people, making it the second scenic platform in Taipei City. The platform extends across Huanhe North Road to the area outside the levee, offering excellent views of the Tamsui River and the fireworks displays at Dadaocheng Wharf. Additionally, the platform features amenities such as a scenic water play area for families and an event stage. The ground of the cross-levee scenic platform is cleverly designed with the three early Taipei market districts: "Dadaocheng, Monga, and Taipei City." At the entrance, an inscribed stone reads "Atmosphere Renewed," seemingly witnessing Taipei City's future through sea, land, and air. The platform's main structure is built with reinforced concrete columns and steel framing, while the railings are constructed with steel and tempered glass. The overall building color is based on white. The entire platform is suspended by arched steel cables and features nighttime lighting, expected to become a new gateway image for the western district of Taipei City.
