Due to minimal light pollution in the mountainous area, Bishan Campsite is the best place in Taipei for stargazing, and the night view from the mountain is even more beautiful, with distant views of Guanyin Mountain and the night scenery of Shilin and Beitou. Locals and many cyclists often use the Jinlong Industrial Road leading to this area for cycling, enjoying the scenery while a cool breeze blows, making for a beautiful journey.
