With over two hundred years of history, the temple's main deity is the Taoist god 'Fude Zhengshen' (God of Earth and Fortune). Adhering to Taoist temple traditions and principles, it enshrines auxiliary deities to promote Taoist teachings, establish righteous folk beliefs, guide people towards goodness, purify society, propagate traditional folk culture and morality, and conduct social charitable activities. Additionally, Dazhi Zhifu Temple also enshrines and offers blessings from Guanyin Bodhisattva (Goddess of Mercy, also known for granting children), Mazu (Heavenly Holy Mother), Baoyi Dafu, Baosheng Dadi, Wenchang Dijun (God of Literature), Guan Sheng Dijun (Lord Guan), and the Five Lords of Li, Chi, Wu, Zhu, and Fan (Wangye Gong), among other deities. Throughout the year, devotees can arrange for the placement of Tai Sui lamps, Guangming lamps, Ping An lamps, Wenchang lamps, and Caili lamps to pray for blessings, good fortune, and fulfillment. January 10th: Spring Festival lamp lighting and placement of 'Tai Sui Xingjun of the Year, Ping An lamps, Guangming lamps, Wenchang lamps, and Caili lamps' to pray for prosperity and good fortune throughout the year. January 15th: Birthday of Emperor Tianguan, with a 'Prayer and Blessing Ceremony'. February 2nd: Birthday of Fude Zhengshen, celebrating the 'Earth God's Birthday and Blessing Gathering'.
