The park is located on a hillside next to Xinhai Road and Wolong Street, covering an area of approximately 172,488 square meters, with an elevation of about 105 meters. It was originally the Fuzhoushan Cemetery. Since its development into a park, the planning has focused on natural ecological conservation, with extensive planting of trees and a complete forest structure, rich biodiversity, and pleasant scenery. In addition to essential soil and water conservation and disaster prevention facilities, other artificial structures are minimized and designed for easy management and maintenance. Hiking trails are set up, with birdsong and fresh air along the way. Gazebos are available for rest, offering distant views of Guanyin Mountain and Datun Mountain, overlooking the cityscape of Daan District, and serving as the best spot to view the entirety of Taipei 101. It is truly a secluded paradise amidst the hustle and bustle. Planting plans prioritize preserving the park's natural landscape, with selective planting of shade trees, bird-attracting and butterfly-attracting trees, and flowering trees and shrubs at key locations such as trail entrances, rest platforms, and gazebos.
