In 2011, simple greening was carried out. The park area is about 1.2 hectares, located at Lane 106, Jingmao 2nd Road, Nangang District. To the east is the Nangang Exhibition Center, to the west is the Nangang Software Park (Phases 1 & 2), to the south is the Nangang Software Park (Phase 3), and to the north is the CTBC Headquarters Building. To provide a higher quality recreational space, CTBC Bank, in the spirit of serving the community, invested funds in 2013 to donate and adopt the Sanchong World Trade Park. The original simple green lawn was transformed into a park with trees that bloom to guide the seasonal colors, adorning the park with dreamy floral colors in spring, summer, and autumn, represented by youthful pink, golden summer, and brownish-red autumn, narrating the changing seasons. The park features diverse landscape designs, including a misting system to create a cool and humid environment favored by most ferns, planting a variety of ferns in the 'Fern Valley Garden'; water plants such as weeping willows and Barringtonia racemosa are planted beside a shallow pond; elevated boardwalks are set up for visitors to appreciate the forest environment; the dry fountain plaza is a place where children linger; at night, high and low landscape lights illuminate the pedestrian space, making it more beautiful as the night progresses.
