Located at the intersection of the 10-meter green belt of the extension of Chengde Road and Fuguo Road, an important position where the cross-axis green corridor intersects, it is a wetland park that balances flood control, recreation, and ecology—Choumei Clam Harbor Park covers an area of approximately 30,818 square meters. The original old Shuangxi river channel within the park, in addition to retaining the riverbank slope protection, serves as the forebay for the pumping station, providing flood storage space for the park during flood periods, and serving as a community leisure wetland park during normal times. A shallow area is planned along the east side of the river channel as a marsh wetland area, leaving intact areas that are not easily disturbed by humans, which can become a good habitat for terrestrial birds to forage and breed. Visitors can enjoy the marsh wetland ecology of the river channel while admiring the magnificent mountain shapes of Qixing Mountain and Datun Mountain range in the distance. Park facilities include viewing paths, waterside platforms, pedestrian arch bridges, rest pavilions, and a scenic walking loop.
