FreeS Art Space. Taiwan Visual Arts Association (TVAA) and the Hantoo Art Group (1998) have been like a group of nomads on horseback for the past few years, without a base. Taiwan Visual Arts Association (TVAA) and the Hantoo Art Group (1998) have been like a group of nomads on horseback for the past few years, without a base and unrestrained, relying on their ambition for art. In addition to conquering various domestic and international museums, galleries, and art spaces, they are also committed to developing, integrating, and supervising the existing resources of the visual arts environment. Now is the time for change; it's time for the nomads to settle down. We have jointly made a forward-looking decision—to "have our own home" and continue to work hard for the art environment. "Having our own home" is just the beginning, and it needs everyone's help to grow and continue to strive for the visual arts environment, writing a new and even grander chapter in history in the future. The space was jointly named "FreeS Art Space" by the Hantoo Art Group and TVAA. It can be interpreted in multiple ways as "free and shared souls, spaces, studios, etc." The Hantoo Art Group and TVAA will uphold their original intention of serving art citizens and giving back to the art environment. In terms of the use of the exhibition space, in addition to the plans made by the Hantoo Art Group and TVAA themselves, most of the slots will be open for artists and curators to apply. It is hoped that through this space, more innovative art and exhibition ideas can be presented, and it is also hoped that through the interface of the exhibition space, it can promote the new generation of Taiwanese artists' understanding of art.
