Located within Tianmu Sports Park, "Tianmu Dream Park" was established through a participatory budgeting proposal, initiating a series of "Action for Diversified Features in Park Playgrounds" by the Taipei City Government in collaboration with the public and professionals. Consequently, this inclusive children's play area, which integrates local characteristics and creativity, was developed under the Taipei City Government's "Play for All, Making Play Everyone's Right" policy.
